RETURN POLICY – NAXJ PRESERVATION

This Return Policy applies to purchases made from NAXJ Preservation (“we,” “us,” “our”). If an item was purchased through a third-party marketplace such as eBay, that marketplace’s return procedures may also apply.

  1. RETURN WINDOW
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To request a return, you must contact us within this 30-day period and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. USED PARTS CONDITION
    Most items we sell are used OEM automotive parts. Normal cosmetic wear, discoloration, or signs of prior use are expected and are not considered defects. Returns are not accepted due to normal wear consistent with used parts.
  3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
    To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be the exact item shipped to you
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • The item must not show signs of installation, modification, or tampering
  • All components included in the shipment must be returned
  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Unless they arrive defective or damaged, the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Electrical or electronic components (including but not limited to ECUs, PCMs, instrument clusters, modules, sensors, switches, and relays)
  • Programmable or customer-configured items
  • Items sold “as-is,” “for parts,” or “core”

Any claims for defective electronic items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and may require photos or video for verification.

  1. RESTOCKING FEE
    All approved returns that are not due to our error or a verified defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers inspection, testing, cleaning, repackaging, and inventory handling costs. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. RETURN SHIPPING
    Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect on arrival. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Damage during return shipping may result in a denied or reduced refund.
  3. REFUNDS
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 25% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect or damage on arrival. Refunds may be denied or reduced if the item shows signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration.
  4. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
    If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the box, packing materials, and the damaged item.
  5. FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY
    It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify part compatibility before purchasing. Vehicle year, trim, prior repairs, and modifications can affect fitment. While we may offer guidance, final verification is the customer’s responsibility.
  6. HOW TO START A RETURN

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or video if the item is damaged or defective
